Planking, with the chines glued in and beveled it was time to get some of the planking stock on the boat. This happened in one day getting the topsides and bow plates on. Again removing any squeeze out from the inside of the boat. this took a fair amount of time. To this point it was time to move the boat and head down to warmer weather for a few months.

Milling Parts on CNC
Aug 25, 2020 Final cuts being made for enough parts to get me going. Mostly all the frame stock and i would pick up the Planking at a later date. Material used from the frame parts was native maine spruce. Ordered the CNC file cutting kit and i had the kit cut out locally here in Scarborough ME. Getting the rights to use the file one time only was an extra cost that I believe is not available at this time. August 29, 2020 Once I had all the parts in the shop the actual building could begin.
